All of our coffees are roasted in nearby Peoria Heights in a small batch vintage roaster that coaxes out each varietals’ own unique taste profile. Our house blends are comprised of Kenyan, Sumatran and Central American. The end results are coffees that have a rich smooth flavor and are fantastic on their own or as part of one of our amazing signature espresso drinks.
